We went to all the shows, its was great experience with my kids. The most exciting is Elephant Aquatic The best show ever that we have. Thank you
During my stay at Safari A’Famosa, the check-in process was smooth. The pool was awesome for my kids, and the breakfast was good. Room for improvement: There was a long queue during breakfast. It would be great if the management could find a better system for peak season.
The shows are all amazing!! kudos to all the instructors & trainers at zoo. my family enjoys it
The issue ticket was delayed about 50minutes and cause waste of time of waiting the ticket to proceed..

I believed I'd paid for tickets that I chose the 2nd of January but the tickets were dated for the day 5hat I purchased them. So something obviously happened. S9 when at the gate we had repurchase tickets as the ones that I paid for with you expired!! So disappointing. So now we are out of pocket for the full price of these tickets
I can feed Parrots and touch the snake
Thats awesome trip!! Easy to redeem the ticket !!
It is understood for venue to increase the price of food. However, the quality of the food sold and services should be par with the prices. For example, corn in the cup were not properly cook and the taste was so lousy. We stop by at one the eatery spot and spending for at least Rm40-50, and they couldn't even provide a single tissue paper. Nonetheless, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
photo taken there should make example of aquaria klcc...visitor will not confirm whether they buy the photo or not..so dont print it yet...just display it on a screen first show the visitor, if they want to buy then just print the photo..so no waste paper and clean environment. Furthermore, if they want to buy the photo, prepared soft copy of the photo just like aquaria klcc did. they give link/qr code for the visitor who pay the photo to see/download them in sofcopy
Staff at counter didn't know that zoo malacca ticket can be booked online. He responed "booked online??booking kat mana ya? Headout? Website zoo??, etc..i felt like did i just being scam by website..something like that... Redeem online ticket is taking much more time compared to buy it direct at the counter..i being transferred to another counter.. Phewwww
Easy. Safe time. No need to queue long. Little bit cheaper than buy at the counter.

Avoid weekends, school holidays, and public holidays, as these times can get pretty packed. And remember, arriving early not only helps with shorter lines, but you also get to enjoy the cooler part of the day!
