Great choice of foods, very nice environment and very friendly staff. Just 1 little thing that stop me to give you 5 stars. I booked the ticket 2 days before but when I went to the desk to collect my ticket, I was told by the staff that I wasn't in the list. Some time wasted there. Over all, we were happy with the trip.

The food at Aras 360 was fantastic definitely one of the highlights of my visit. Unfortunately, the ticketing process needs a lot of improvement. I booked my ticket online, thinking it would save time, but I still had to queue at the counter for 35 minutes to redeem a physical voucher. This inefficiency was frustrating, and even foreign tourists were questioning the point of online ticketing. I hope Aras 360 updates their system soon because the overall dining experience was wonderful

We spent less than an hour in the establishment, we didn't have time to make a full circle in the restaurant. The food is disgusting! No taste. The drinks are also very expensive! When placing an order, it was written that you can also visit the observation deck, but in the end it was not there. A table by the window costs extra and payment is only by card, which is inconvenient for foreigners! Very disappointed.

First time to KL Tower. It was a wonderful experience, everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the food & awesome scenery while dining. Despite that, some items can certainly improve which can make a whole lot of difference: 1. Why need to queue for physical tickets? Already had in app, might just get it scanned on a QR code or something. Unnecessary step. 2. Dress code NO SHORT PANTS but why there were at least 2 foreigners wearing shorts & flip flop? Because they're foreigners & ok? Why put a rule that u didn't enforce?

I am debited and then I receive an email informing me that at the time I chose it is full and I am asked to choose another time or get a refund.. I choose to request a refund and then no news.. 3 emails later I contact customer service with a copy of the email informing me that it is impossible. I have their response telling me sorry there was a misunderstanding the places are available but I had exceeded the time and they do not want to refund me. It is unacceptable it is not my fault if you send me an email to tell me that it is sold out and that in fact my reservation was possible. Be careful. More than 190 euros stolen.

The ticket control and the organization of the lines worked perfectly, that was very good. However, unfortunately it rained for two hours before the tour and the wet windows did not let you see the city. I do not recommend the tour at night because the glare of the floodlights that illuminate the building does not allow to appreciate the surroundings. My recommendation is that it is better during the day even if it rains. I will only keep the experience I had on the 86th floor.

Had trouble accessing the headout website which was required to get the Petronas tickets. Wasted abit of time on that and when we finally got access time had passed for our booked slot. We ended up having to but new tickets so we missed the Petronas tour. The acquirium was fantastic.

Mr. Perumal was an excellent host and guided us through areas that "normal" tourists are not allowed to go - for example the upper part of the skybridge or the Petronas member area. There is also enough time to take photos until you go for dinner. Be sure to bring a legal document (ex. passport) for the experience as you need to be varified before you receove a visitor pass! Mr. Perumal offers many detailed information about the construction of the Petronas Towers as well. All in all it was a very nice experience and I'd recommend it when you visit the towers. After the dinner we also visited a bar inside the towers where normally only members are allowed. Thank you again Mr. Perumal for your insights and tour!

We had an excellent evening at the Club Petronas Private Restaurant. We were welcomed by Mr. Soundars Perumal, a very friendly man, cultured and passionate about his work. He showed us around parts of the skyscraper that are not usually accessible to the public. We were dazzled by the beauty of the premises, the refinement and luxury, as well as the magnificent views of the city. The food was excellent, refined and plentiful. It was my wife's birthday. Treated like a VIP from start to finish. This so exceeded our expectations. We never realised that this was a meal in the exclusive members only club with only two other guests! Outstanding views from the sky bridge and restaurant and the knowledgeable Soundars was personally attentive throughout. Ignore the 1 star reviews, the food was delicious and 5 star but be aware there is a strict dress code which is made crystal clear as this is a members only club The one star reviewers clearly don't understand this and would be better placed at a McDonald's restaurant...... just do it you'll love it! Excellent experience. The restaurant and food were lovely. You get to go on the upper level of the link bridge between the towers which is really different as you can look up at both towers. We were worried about the age restriction saying over 18s only as we went with teenagers but children can go on the tour after 6.30 midweek and anytime on Saturday as the building rules have changed. One of the highlights of our trip to KL.

The map of the stops for the tour was terrible! It was not an actual map of the city with the route on it, like every other hop and off tour bus we have been on round the world. So much to see? Nice staff. Loved every moment. We did get left at stop one. We were Not told when our last time to board. Luckily we could take the monorail back which added a little stress but we were able to get back to our hotel with the help of lovely residences who were willing to help us take the correct path. Firstly the city tour and understanding was left to the map handed over, briefing by the crew could have been more clear. The essence of such tours is understanding the city. The upper floor door of the bus we embarked was broken , it kept opening and closing as the bus moved, it could have easily injured someone.Please get it fixed. There was some nice places to see but the commentary missed a lot of places in between and by time you see them too late to take a picture. I would have liked to go around twice to see what's what and then get on off, in a day but some stops the driver had to wait so there was no way I could have done what I needed in the day, even with some extra hrs next days - I wouldn't get back on ticket. 24hrs should have been enough time but it really wasn't because buses were slow and lost a fair bit of time.

Mr. Perumal was an excellent host and guided us through areas that "normal" tourists are not allowed to go - for example the upper part of the skybridge or the Petronas member area. There is also enough time to take photos until you go for dinner.
Be sure to bring a legal document (ex. passport) for the experience as you need to be varified before you receove a visitor pass!
Mr. Perumal offers many detailed information about the construction of the Petronas Towers as well.
All in all it was a very nice experience and I'd recommend it when you visit the towers.
After the dinner we also visited a bar inside the towers where normally only members are allowed.

Treated like a VIP from start to finish. This so exceeded our expectations. We never realised that this was a meal in the exclusive members only club with only two other guests! Outstanding views from the sky bridge and restaurant and the knowledgeable Soundars was personally attentive throughout.
Ignore the 1 star reviews, the food was delicious and 5 star but be aware there is a strict dress code which is made crystal clear as this is a members only club The one star reviewers clearly don't understand this and would be better placed at a McDonald's restaurant...... just do it you'll love it!

Lots of food, lots of really good food and absolutely amazing experience to see dusk over Kuala Lumpur and watch as the skyscrapers lit up one by one. Really cool with the rotating floor. The staff was very service friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience!
Keep in mind that the restaurant does not serve alcohol (if you see it as a problem) which as a Westerner felt a little strange but since the alcohol is not a must, everything else was considered 100 times over.
Also keep in mind that the dress codes! Shorts are not welcome but change into long pants as a man, however, we saw someone who came in shorts but the staff assisted with a sarong that hid the legs.
Unfortunately no photos of the buffet itself but take some from the view and regarding the buffet there was everything from sushi, salmon, chicken, dishes, salad and a huge dessert table with chocolate fountain!
Highly recommended!

First time to KL Tower. It was a wonderful experience, everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the food & awesome scenery while dining.
Despite that, some items can certainly improve which can make a whole lot of difference:
1. Why need to queue for physical tickets? Already had in app, might just get it scanned on a QR code or something. Unnecessary step.
2. Dress code NO SHORT PANTS but why there were at least 2 foreigners wearing shorts & flip flop? Because they're foreigners & ok? Why put a rule that u didn't enforce?
