The map of the stops for the tour was terrible! It was not an actual map of the city with the route on it, like every other hop and off tour bus we have been on round the world. You cannot tell where to get off and walk to next stop etc!!! Worst stops map I have ever seen, no info on stops, not a a map etc...

So much to see? Nice staff. Loved every moment. We did get left at stop one. We were Not told when our last time to board. Luckily we could take the monorail back which added a little stress but we were able to get back to our hotel with the help of lovely residences who were willing to help us take the correct path. Thank you all! Worth every ringett! :-)

Nothing loving about the experience, bus driver was rude and did not obliged to drop us nearer to hotel where we stopped at a signal light. He dropped us 3 km away. Even in country like US the drivers understand logistics problems and oblige stopping nearest point.

The air-conditioned area was nice. We didn't like the frequency of the buses, we sometimes had to wait more than 30 minutes for the next bus. The information about the sights was very limited and the two ladies (guides) were very difficult to understand.

Firstly the city tour and understanding was left to the map handed over, briefing by the crew could have been more clear. The essence of such tours is understanding the city. The upper floor door of the bus we embarked was broken , it kept opening and closing as the bus moved, it could have easily injured someone.Please get it fixed. A bottle of water for passengers is the least which can be added. Thanks & Best Wishes

The info narration was sparse to non existent and thick accents and talking quickly was hard to understand. People whose English is not their first language would stand no hope of understanding. Better to have it recorded like other hop on hop off buses.

There was some nice places to see but the commentary missed a lot of places in between and by time you see them too late to take a picture. I would have liked to go around twice to see what's what and then get on off, in a day but some stops the driver had to wait so there was no way I could have done what I needed in the day, even with some extra hrs next days - I wouldn't get back on ticket. 24hrs should have been enough time but it really wasn't because buses were slow and lost a fair bit of time.

The whole thing was a worthless experience. We had bought 4 adult tickets and they all just burned. The ticket mentioned to go to Sg Wang kiosk. When we got there, the hop on hop off staff told us to go to klcc pick-up point and the bus will move at 8.30pm. When we arrived at klcc at 8pm the bus was already moving. We waited until 9pm but the bus did not show up. We feel very cheated by the high price and unrewarding experience.

I am debited and then I receive an email informing me that at the time I chose it is full and I am asked to choose another time or get a refund.. I choose to request a refund and then no news.. 3 emails later I contact customer service with a copy of the email informing me that it is impossible. I have their response telling me sorry there was a misunderstanding the places are available but I had exceeded the time and they do not want to refund me. It is unacceptable it is not my fault if you send me an email to tell me that it is sold out and that in fact my reservation was possible. Be careful. More than 190 euros stolen.

So much to see? Nice staff. Loved every moment. We did get left at stop one. We were Not told when our last time to board. Luckily we could take the monorail back which added a little stress but we were able to get back to our hotel with the help of lovely residences who were willing to help us take the correct path. The ticket control and the organization of the lines worked perfectly, that was very good. However, unfortunately it rained for two hours before the tour and the wet windows did not let you see the city. I do not recommend the tour at night because the glare of the floodlights that illuminate the building does not allow to appreciate the surroundings. My recommendation is that it is better during the day even if it rains. I will only keep the experience I had on the 86th floor.

Nothing loving about the experience, bus driver was rude and did not obliged to drop us nearer to hotel where we stopped at a signal light. He dropped us 3 km away. Even in country like US the drivers understand logistics problems and oblige stopping nearest point.

Our final adventure with Sathia, and wow—what a way to wrap things up! After two epic days, we didn’t think she could top it, but of course, she did. First stop: The Military Museum at Port Dickson. Just took the full day private tour of Kuala Lumpur with visits to Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple, National Monument, Istana Negara, National Mosque, Independence Square and Petronas Twin Towers and had an awesome day. We did the Historical Malacca Day Tour with guide Wilson and driver Jalil. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt it excellent value for money. Wilson did a fantastic job explaining the history of the area and gave us interesting insights into each spot we visited. He also did a good job keeping a very diverse group together and paced the walking so everyone could keep up. Malacca is a lovely little town and definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed the free time in the afternoon as everyone could spend time doing what interested them. The only disappointment was the lunch which we found bland. Lots of food available though if you wanted to purchase something else. Safe and comfortable bus ride home. Really good day out

Our Tina turn up on time she was very chatty and friendly. We had a slight problem at the butterfly park over tickets which she sorted quicker than the Viator did. And sorted the rest of the tickets for us. Viator sent one ticket for the butterfly park bird park and the aquarium. We should have individual tickets for each attraction.
