My kids and I had a blast at the theme park, but one day wasn't nearly enough! They loved the rides, show, and tram, and I was blown away by Miniland – those tiny Lego bricks are amazing. The only bummer was the snack stalls closing at 4 pm; they should definitely stay open longer, especially during the holidays.

Booking on-line was simlle and efficient. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 in our party had food poisoning from the night before and we only arrived at UST at 3.30pm.
All of the ride wait times exceeded 100 minutes so we were only able to make 2 rides.
On reflection, even if we arrived in the morning, with average 100 minute wait times, we'd only get to go on 4 to 5 rides with the majority of our experience being stuck in queues.
Considering most of the experience is spent in queues, it is surprising how little thought there has been for activities and entertainment while queuing.
This is not currently experiential value for money and even though we are from Malaysia, we would not make a repeat visit.

There are a ling queue in few slides/ activities therefore we bought an express tickets after second activities and utilised it well. We had a fun time.

Unfortunately, our "early entry" ticket was ONLY for Minionland. This was never mentioned and also not noted anywhere in writing when the ticket was purchased! Unfortunately, there were also problems on site in the studios. The rollercoaster got stuck and could no longer be ridden and the Trolls musical show was simply cancelled after 10 minutes without comment.

The food we had in one of the restaurants was very good. We were not told before going that Waterworld was shut and the Jurassic rapids ride was also shut but you still changed full price, very disappointing.

Unfortunately, several attractions were closed. We had to wait more than an hour for each of them, which ultimately lasted only a few seconds. The organization of the park is not excellent to limit the wait, some wagons leave without passengers (with more than an hour of queue it is not normal) After of course enjoying our day in this park, the universe is very present and the shows plunge us back into childhood!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gardens by the Bay. Even though I visited with limited mobility and was using a wheelchair, the entire venue was incredibly accessible and thoughtfully designed. Gardens experience was all very good but busy. The only issue with head out tickets was they were not recognized by the shuttle service and they didn't let us on shuttle. Best if you don't offer this part of the offer and waste peoples time. Overall no big deal though.

Good day out. Great views from the Singapore Flyer. Gardens by the Bay were good, although a bit crowded on the Saturday afternoon.

The ticketing process made the experience so Easy! Gardens by the Bay is beyond beautiful. The Cloud Forest was like walking through Jurrasic Park, with the breathtaking flowers and views. Most of all the waterfall offered a great background for our family pics.

The planting was superb . The grandure the cross section of plants and how they grew so perfectly in such a controlled environment. The size and age of the olive trees was mind blowing. The cleanliness and the efficiency was also extremely impressive. We loved every minute
