The views were marvelous, even though it was a cloudy day. The staff at the tower were exceptionally friendly and helpful when we weren't sure which way to go when we arrived. And I especially liked the part where we were not forced to take a picture before we were allowed in (like some towers in other countries do)

Just one suggestion -- maybe add what to expect/explore when you are purchasing a ticket, that way we can look forward to seeing that, maybe use a community powered content there on each of the ticket and attractions that are bundled together. horrible experience I book for 10 people for the last day of our vacation. I am debited and then I receive an email informing me that at the time I chose it is full and I am asked to choose another time or get a refund.. I choose to request a refund and then no news.. 3 emails later I contact customer service with a copy of the email informing me that it is impossible. I have their response telling me sorry there was a misunderstanding the places are available but I had exceeded the time and they do not want to refund me. It is unacceptable it is not my fault if you send me an email to tell me that it is sold out and that in fact my reservation was possible. Be careful. More than 190 euros stolen.

Easy to buy and to queue with the tickets. The experience was very nice. It's just a pity that the pictures aren't that good, because there is too much light at the building, so you almost can't take pics of the landscape (after the sun was down).

The ticket control and the organization of the lines worked perfectly, that was very good. However, unfortunately it rained for two hours before the tour and the wet windows did not let you see the city. I do not recommend the tour at night because the glare of the floodlights that illuminate the building does not allow to appreciate the surroundings. My recommendation is that it is better during the day even if it rains. I will only keep the experience I had on the 86th floor.

The views were marvelous, even though it was a cloudy day. The staff at the tower were exceptionally friendly and helpful when we weren't sure which way to go when we arrived. And I especially liked the part where we were not forced to take a picture before we were allowed in (like some towers in other countries do)

We had the experience while the sun was setting and to look at the city from above at night. Fortunately, we didn't have to queue. The view from the KL Tower is astonishing. In total we were almost 2 hours on the viewing platform and enjoyed it very much.
The description, what is included, is in my opinion a little misleadingly written. "Entry to Skybox" apparently only means that you can enter by means of a ticket, which can be purchased separately on site at the observation deck. We have decided not to buy this separately, because the view and the possibility to take photos are also very good anyway.
I would like to point out that the lighting on the way to the parking lot is unfortunately not sufficient and suggest that the stairs be better marked or illuminated. The last step of a section was not recognisable because of the darkness and the scarce light, which is why my boyfriend sprained his ankle. This has nothing to do with our experience at the tower in and of itself, but perhaps this should be taken into account and implemented for the future.

The tower walk is a great experience, you get a good view walking round, you are secure in the harness but as there is no barrier you do get the sense you are free walking high up.
I loved it when you walked on the glass section with the sensors so it sounds like the glass is cracking, glad I did this but was over way to soon
