the tiket is good.. but wet word system not so good.. even alredy buy online i still q the line with walkin purchase. when at counter it take so long time for theire mechine to read bar code... it bad experiance in there..

Neighbourhood theme park. Not many rides but it's ok. Rides are unique especially monsoon, unlike what's at other theme parks. Good for a few hours of family fun. Car park lots are limited though.

Wet World Shah Alam is awesome. All the water activities are fantastic. My kids love it. Maybe we will go again and purchase an online ticket via headout. Easy and fastest way of purchase.

It's was a super duper adventure not only for children for adults also.The place was so clean.But hours maybe have to extend until 7pm.And another one is the food inside quite expensive but very nice.Cabana rental staying damn expensive,please look in to it.Have to reduce the price.Other then that overall was awesome.

Have to que at online redemption lane longer than walk in lane. To wait almost one hour to get the tickets. The facilites owner should be more sensitive and alert the congestion at the ticket counters lane.

Online tickets are meant for faster checking in. Instead, to que almost an hour at online redemption lane. Walk in counter even faster. Very bad experience as it should not be happened for online ticketing (advance payment)
